Chalk and Jump!

An interactive walkway path is a great way to improve the usability and aesthetic appeal of the floor surfaces in a school. Students were first encouraged to color in  shapes on the floor and then to use them as an instructional pathway for jumping. Seeing the project as fruitful, their drawings were later made permanent on the school's playground. With activities like these, we are exploring possibilities of Visual Arts and expanding its possible influences.
